| Cheryl Murphy has a degree in History from MCLA and another one in art from Russell Sage, NY. She was an educator and left New York to open her gallery and devote more time to plain air painting and sculpting. She has studied with Hunter Homes, Franklin Alexander, Ted Joerscher and Charles Gruppi. She has had her work accepted at the National Museum of Women in the arts in D.C. Her work has been shown in several galleries including The Southern Vermont Art Association and the Albany Institute of History and Art. She recently painted the cover for Boston Lush Directory. | |
